At Precision Resource, we’re passionate about manufacturing excellence and safety. As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—empowering your team, optimizing equipment, and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Champion daily maintenance operations and support production
- Lead projects to upgrade and install new equipment
- Manage budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships
- Foster a culture of safety and quality
- Mentor your team and help them grow
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
What You Bring
- College degree or technical training. Licensed Electrician or Millwright (preferred)
- 3–4 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in maintenance
- PLC software and troubleshooting expertise (Control Logixs 500 & 5000, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi)
- Knowledge/experience with complex hydraulic systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (OHSA, ISO14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016)
